We couldn't be more pleased with the finish and look of the shutters that we have had fitted by Shutters 4 Hull. The process from start to finish was so professional. After being measured and ordered, updates on our orders progression were emailed to us and after arrival in the UK a fitting date arranged. On the day of fitting the team arrived as expected and covered the work areas to reduce any mess etc. These guys don't mess about and got straight into unpacking and assembling the frames, and shutters. On completion a full explanation of how to adjust and operate the fitted shutters was given and spares left with us with the instruction to call the company if we needed any alterations. This is exactly the expectations we have of a thoroughly professional company, we love the fact that they are a local family concern that really set the bench mark high. We couldn.t recommend Shutters 4 Hull highly enough, top marks for a brilliant team, thankyou all.

Guys came promptly, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Very communicative and polite throughout the whole installation process. Shutters are excellent - exactly what we wanted to keep character of our home. Workmanship is of a high standard. The shutters come with a ten year warranty which is an added bonus and the follow up service from Margaret was good to receive. We would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing customer service, Lovely fitters,Having previously used a Grimsby based comp, after being told my shutters were UK made and would be here in a 6-8 weeks, I choose to you someone local, however shutters were 4 months plus and arrived damaged.My sister in law had just used this company Shutters 4 Hull ordering the same time as myself but getting hers weeks before mine and paid considerably less so when wanting my others windows doing I gave them a chance.I basically got 4 windows done for slightly less than I paid for my first two with the previous company, all wood apart from Bathroom which is PVC.They came in less than 3 months so quicker than the UK made ones.Perfect colour match.Just out of curiosity I got the other company to quote for the same 4 windows when they came to repair the ones installed (which took them weeks to do) they quoted me £1500 more and that was for PVC for all windows, to get what I had on my first installation which were wood I was looking at another £1k on top of this.I did get 30% off with Shutters 4 Hull but still a big chunk cheaper than Shutters of Elegance.I cannot fault this company however, they have been amazing, they even put my curtains back up for me and moved my furniture back.I would highly recommend.As an added Bonus you even get replacement shutter slats, paint in case of any future chips, a tool to loosen slats off and spare screw covers, ( Didn’t get any of that with the Grimsby Company)Hands down best company by far, So even if you do live in Grimsby don’t assume Shutters 4 Hull won’t be able to come and fit yours.

Delivery and installation was within the indicated timeframe and the fitters were great - very polite, friendly and respectful of our property. I was a bit wary as came across Shutters4Hull on Facebook but would definitely recommend. Very happy with the end product!!

I had my plantation shutters fitted last week by Ian and Gary and can only say that I am absolutely delighted with them. Both Ian and Gary were friendly, courteous and professional, and explained each step of the way during fitting and afterwards. I will definitely be using Shutters4Hull again in the near future.
